To kick off our Kids on the Plaza summer series, we are excited to host a special “Little Builders Day” on Wednesday, June 10 from 12:00pm–2:00pm in The Foundry Plaza! This will be a construction-themed event, where children can enjoy hands-on activities and have the opportunity to meet real construction workers while learning about the exciting world of building and construction.
FREE sack lunches will be sponsored by the Heart Improvement Plan and will be available for the first 150 kids. Each sack lunch includes a sandwich, Cuties mandarin oranges, applesauce, a small cookie and a juice box. Free lunch tickets are required and available on a first-come, first-served basis—get your ticket before they sell out!
This fun-filled afternoon will include:
• Construction equipment on display from Zak Dirt Construction & the City of Loveland
• Construction-themed art activities and giveaways
• Lunch from Colorado Coffee Company sponsored by The Heart Improvement Plan
• Face painting with Kaleid-o-scope Arts
• Splash pad fun
We can’t wait to see families downtown for a hands-on, high-energy kickoff to our summer Kids on the Plaza series! Be sure to join us each week for Kids on the Plaza, featuring free family fun including face painting, art projects, hands-on activities, entertainment, and more.
